Working smarter for improved patient outcomes

The current environment in which we work sees the number of patients with chronic kidney disease and those requiring renal replacement therapy growing significantly. Without a commensurate increase in resourcing being made available to cope with this growing patient load, we are needing to find ways of managing our time so that rather than simply working harder, we work smarter while at the same time ensuring better patient outcomes. In this session we will explore ways in which this can be achieved and how job satisfaction can be potentially be increased.
